By placing an order for our services you agree to:

 

Provide BrendanHope.com with personal and professional information including education, qualifications, employment history, personal interests and hobbies if relevant and any other information requested by BrendanHope.com for the sole purpose of CV Writing and/or consultative services.

 

Payment is in full and in advance through our online facility provided by Stripe – we do not offer instalments to pay for our services and neither will we enter into discount negotiations.  We will, upon receipt of your order, ensure that the service you have requested meets your personal needs; if we find that you have selected an option that is not best suited we will advise you of this revision.  We will refund the difference/or you agree to pay the additional fee if your service level needs changing – you have the right to cancel your order at this point only (please see Cancellation below.

 

Once we have accepted your order, we will arrange a telephone consultation with you at a time that suits both parties.  This consultation can last between 15-minutes to 90-minutes depending on the level of CV/Consultation ordered and is not restricted.  At the point that we have the information required, we will professionally write your CV and email a ‘draft’ copy to you in ‘read only PDF’ – if you require any alterations to your CV you will need to advise us within 10-days of email; we will make any necessary adjustments until you are completely satisfied with your CV or other professionally written service. Once completed, or if we do not hear from you within the 10-days, we will finalise your order and email your CV/other services as a Word Document as well as posting any hard copies/CD if ordered.

 

We will make any minor adjustments to your CV free of charge for a period of 3-months after your order completes, including personal details and/or additional qualifications only.  If you require employment history to be amended then this will incur an additional charge and we can provide a quotation based on your requirements at the time.

 

In respect of personal login details for social media and other platforms including LinkedIn, under no circumstances we will or any employee of BrendanHope.com request or accept personal login details.  Any documents produced for use on these platforms will be prepared in accordance with requirements but will be the responsibility of the client to copy and paste such information onto their own online profiles.

 

Our advice is offered in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge, however, we do not accept liability should you suffer loss or damage as a result of taking this advice.

Cancellation:

 

Our services are provided under the Distance Selling Regulations

 

”The supply of services and personalised goods, as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations 13, “the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10”, 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer’s agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.”

 

As outlined in Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, in respect of contracts for the supply of services, we below detail our Cancellation Policy

 

Up to 7 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 20% retained
Up to 4 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 35% retained
Up to 2 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 50% retained
Day of Appointed Consultation: 100% retained
