How long is the introductory call?
Most calls last around 20–30 minutes. If your situation is more complex, we can schedule a longer slot.
Is there any obligation to work with you afterwards?
No. The introductory call is designed to give you clarity and an honest recommendation. You’re free to decide in your own time whether to proceed with any service.
Do I need to send my CV before the call?
It helps, but it’s not essential. If you already have a CV, you can share it in advance via the Free CV Review page or by email.
If you don’t have a CV yet, we’ll simply talk through your experience and goals during the call.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. I’m UK-based but regularly support clients in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond, particularly those applying for UK roles or wanting a UK-style CV. All calls are held online, so location is rarely a barrier.
What if I already know I want a full CV package?
That’s great, the call will help us confirm the most suitable package for your level (for example, Graduate CV Writing,
